List of Property Maintenance Services we provide in Bulgaria:

1. Property Inspections – excellent way to know the condition of your property when you are away. Our agent will visit the property and will provide photos and short report of your property.

b.1 Our agent will visit your property once each 90 days (4 inspections per year) – 360 Euro per year
b.2 Our agent will visit your property once each 60 days (6 inspections per year) – 420 Euro per year
b.3 Our agent will visit your property once each month (12 inspections per year) – 600 Euro per year

2. Gardening – normally when you buy property in Bulgaria it comes with land that if left unattended in spring and summer will become overgrown with weeds, grass and bushes. To avoid this you could subscribe and use our dedicated gardening team to clean your garden and to keep it tidy. After each visit we provide photo report of the work that has been done.

3. Preparing the property for the winter – checking the condition of the roof; checking the windows and doors; emptying the water pipes, sinks, taps, boiler to avoid damage from freezing. After each visit we provide photo report of the work that has been done.
