Buying Bulgarian property on payments through our Pay Monthly program is an excellent way to obtain the property you wish without any stress.
When you explore the properties listed on our website in the description of each property you will see a list of “Payment Options” which specifies the different ways you could pay for the Bulgarian real estate you want to purchase.
After you choose the property that interests you, you need to send an enquiry and one of our agents will get back to you with confirmation if the property is still available and what are the next steps you need to take in order to purchase it.
Generally upon receiving the confirmation from our agent if the buying conditions for the property you wish suits you, it is good to put deposit on it before someone else does.
When you decide to buy a property on monthly payments through our Pay Monthly program the deposit you have to transfer through Bank Transfer or through PayPal is your first installment from the property payment plan.
For example if you decide to buy property that has several payment options like so
Price: 8500 EUR
Pay Monthly Options:
12 Months Payment Plan: 793 EUR per Month
24 Months Payment Plan: 439 EUR per Month
36 Months Payment Plan: 321 EUR per Month
48 Months Payment Plan: 262 EUR per Month
60 Months Payment Plan: 227 EUR per Month
If you choose the “36 Months Payment Plan” you have to pay 36 Monthly Installments 321 Euro each. In this case your Deposit for the property which is in fact your first monthly payment is equal to 321 Euro.
After we receive your first payment the property you are buying is reserved for you and it is put off the market. At this point we will prepare your purchase contract and will send it to you for signature.
Once you have your contract signed you can visit, stay, rent and renovate the property you are buying.
The Title Deed (called Notary Act in Bulgaria) with your name on it is issued two working days after you make your final payment.
